Nicole Wither is a Registered Clinical Social Worker who takes a holistic, person-centered approach to her work with children, youth, and families. With advanced training from Laurier University and the Canadian Association for Play Therapy, Nicole specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, highly effective approaches for supporting emotional development in children. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Memorial University and a Master’s in Social Work from McGill University.

Nicole's expertise includes parent coaching, attachment issues, gender and sexual diversity, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her focus on the body-brain connection helps clients improve emotion regulation, navigate relationship challenges, and address behavioral difficulties.
